The product
The brief
Event professionals — DJs, planners, photographers, bands — were running their businesses across a patchwork of spreadsheets, inboxes, contract tools, and payment links. Amplify Events set out to collapse that whole “inquiry → booked → paid” journey into a single product that feels effortless across desktop, web, and mobile.
Our role
We led the product end to end — shaping how a booking flows from first inquiry to final payment, with one experience shared across the desktop, responsive web, and mobile apps. We’re also responsible for hosting the platform and keeping it online and dependable for the businesses that run on it.
Approach
Give every booking a single source of truth, so a lead moves cleanly from quote to signature to deposit to the day-of timeline — nothing slips through the cracks between tools. Payments are built in, so money in and money out stay accurate and reconciled from end to end.
Music, coordinated
For DJs and bands, Amplify Events integrates with a desktop application for managing music — turning song planning into a shared conversation. Music professionals line up requests, must-plays, and do-not-plays with their customers, all tied to the booking they belong to.
Outcome
One app instead of five — vendors capture a lead, send a quote, collect an e-signature, take a deposit, and run the day-of timeline without leaving the product.
